This short documentary features a visual tour of legendary Canadian painter Tom Thomson's favourite natural landscapes. The film traces Thomson's career, which began in Toronto, where he worked as a commercial artist. Autre thème à explorer : le rôle de l’artiste dans la création de notre identité nationale au début du 20e siècle. Les élèves choisissent un artiste et font une recherche sur son influence artistique, culturelle ou politique.
