Le coup d'État en 1973 contre le président Allende fit sombrer le Chili dans le régime de dictature de Pinochet. Cedocumentaire témoigne de ces évènements auprès d'une génération pour laquelle des faits ont été occultés (par la censure). Une partie de la jeunesse a une opinion fondée sur une information manipulée. L’atteinte aux droits de l'homme a fait échouer un rêve de justice. Que faut-il pour construire une société meilleure?
