Les élèves dressent la liste des sources d’inspiration de Daniel Lanois. Quels sont les liens entre ces différents éléments? Ce court métrage peut être divisé en deux sections (0:00 à 1:50 et 1:50 à 4:45). En petits groupes, les élèves rédigent de courts scénarios ou histoires adaptés à ces deux sections et leur donnent chacun un titre. Les élèves font une recherche sur certains des albums produits par Daniel Lanois et discutent de la façon dont la musique de chacune des sections du film reflète ses différents styles de production.
